The Soldering
When you’re talking the quality of your copper still, nothing is more important than soldering. We use Silvabrite 100. We’ve found this product to be the best flowing solder, due to its specific melting point.
At CopperStillCo, our solder joints are second to none. After many years of experience, we’ve perfected the skills of a steady hand, heat control and even flow. Our solder joints are strong, leak free, and best of all, aesthetically pleasing.

The Copper
20 Oz, 22 Gauge, 99.9 % C110 Copper is the most common and popular copper item on the market. C110 is basically pure copper with a 99.9% composition.
Copper has proven to be an exceptional metal for the distilling process, due to its high thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and physical design benefits. It also has the ability to break down sulfur and ester compounds, making it an ideal metal to build stills from. However, my favorite part about working with copper is the aesthetics. (Wow, is it beautiful)!
